(Allow 3-7 working days limited tracking)

FREE for orders $80 and over.

International Delivery Charges
Flat Rate - $39.00 
(Allow 12 working days includes tracking depending on destination country)

If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns/Exchange Policy

You may return a Product that you have purchased within 28 days. Please contact House of Zoi prior to the return of any items to register your return and reason for return. Once we receive your return, please allow 1 week for processing.

Items can be returned or exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please note House of Zoi does not refund on FINAL SALES items so please choose carefully. Sale items can be returned for an exchange only to the value or above the purchsased price. House of Zoi must be notified of the exchange within 28 days of purchase. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchanges. 

Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Please also note, return shipping costs on refunds or exchanges will be covered by you.

Until the item has been received by House of Zoi, responsibility and liability of the good is your responsibility. You will need to include all tags, packaging and additional inserts with your return and please ensure that your goods are securely and sufficiently wrapped so they do not get damaged in the mail. House of Zoi will not accept liability of any items damaged during the return process if they are not securely packed. 

Due to Government Health Regulations we cannot process returns or exchanges on earrings. 

E-Gift Cards and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit or exchange; unless received damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped.
