Returns/Exchange Policy
You may return a Product that you have purchased within 28 days. Please contact House of Zoi prior to the return of any items to register your return and reason for return. Once we receive your return, please allow 1 week for processing.
Items can be exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. House of Zoi must be notified of the exchange within 28 days of purchase. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchanges.
Due to Government Health Regulations we cannot process returns or exchanges on earrings.
House of Zoi does not refund on sale items so please choose carefully. You may exchange or have a credit note issued for any sale item you want to return.
